Major Function
World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world's leading conservation organizations, seeks a Compensation Analyst. The Compensation Analyst supports WWF's compensation programs to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices. This role performs compensation analysis, market benchmarking, survey participation, reporting, and coordination of annual compensation processes.
The role partners with the Director of Total Rewards (TR Director) to analyze market and internal pay data and execute compensation programs, including salary structures, annual merit increases, promotions, equity reviews, and rewards and recognition programs. It serves as a key point of contact for compensation inquiries and collaborates with Talent Acquisition, P&C Business Partners, People Technology, compensation vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent compensation administration.

Skills and Abilities
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration. CCP preferred.
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including 2 years of experience in HRIS data management, is required. Experience with Workday is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding customer service skills.
Integrity and the ability to work with confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, willingness to take initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of MS Suite with focus on Excel.
