Compensation Planning Specialist

Job Description

Support the full year-end compensation planning and review cycle. Assist with salary, bonus, and incentive compensation processes. Manage, validate, and audit compensation and employee data. Prepare reports and conduct detailed compensation analysis. Resolve data discrepancies and maintain a high level of accuracy. Partner with HR and business leaders throughout the year-end process. Support additional compensation projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant

At least three years of dedicated compensation experience. Must have completed at least one full year-end compensation cycle. Workday experience is highly preferred, although strong candidates using other systems will be considered. Advanced Excel and analytical skills. Financial services experience is preferred, but other industries will be considered. Comfortable working independently without direct reports. Resilient, adaptable, and able to succeed within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
