The Compensation Analyst III is responsible for supporting the design, administration, and implementation of Lennox's compensation programs, including base salary, incentive plans, and equity programs. This role serves as an internal compensation consultant to HR Business Partners and business leaders, ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation practices while driving process improvements and data-driven decision making.
Administer and support company-wide compensation programs, including:
Base salary administration
Annual salary planning
Incentive compensation programs
Equity/stock programs
Serve as a trusted compensation consultant to HR Business Partners and business leaders.
Evaluate positions and recommend appropriate salary levels based on:
Market pricing
Internal equity
Business needs
Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.
Analyze compensation data and develop recommendations for moderately complex compensation initiatives.
Lead special compensation projects and present findings and recommendations to HR and business leadership.
Participate in the communication, rollout, and implementation of compensation programs.
Develop and deliver compensation training for HR teams and business leaders.
Review existing compensation processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Lead implementation of process improvements and compensation solutions.
Investigate compensation compliance issues and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Provide project leadership and guidance to junior compensation team members as needed.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years of compensation experience.
Strong experience administering compensation programs in a corporate environment.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong consulting, influencing, and communication skills.
Proven ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable recommendations.
Experience managing or leading HR-related projects.
Bachelor's degree in:
Business Management
Human Resources
Related field
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
Experience with compensation compliance.
