The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Responsibilities:
Administers the University''s Compensation Program by applying program philosophy and evaluation techniques, including analyzing jobs, updating job descriptions, compiling and analyzing wage and salary data and assisting in complex job reviews, grade evaluations and special projects and initiatives. Monitors, assesses and reconciles compensation-related compliance issues. Works collaboratively with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to review and respond to departmental compensation needs and issues.
