Overview
Administers the organization''s compensation and performance appraisal policy and programs. Updates and maintains compensation and job evaluation plans. Communicates policies regarding compensation and position evaluation plans. Implements and administers performance appraisal system. Develops, distributes, and maintains policy regarding salary adjustments. Analyzes market salary rates with respect to compensation levels for the organization.
Qualifications
Education required: HS/GED
Education preferred: College degree preferred.
Experience: Experience in Human Resources or compensation preferred, Experience with Microsoft Excel, Experience with Metrics/Statistics, Experience with compensation software.
Additional skills: Ability to communicate with managers and employees in a clear, concise and courteous manner, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, including Pivot Tables and Macros.
