(2) sales incentive plan design and execution,
(3) salary benchmarking or pay equity.

Main Role / High Level Consulting:
  • Complex compensation program administration
  • Job architecture evaluation
  • Salary structure support
  • Market analysis
  • Review of compensation actions 
Additional Role - Some Analyst Level Work
  -- willing to roll up sleeves when needed
  • Job audits
  • Job spec preparation
  • Analysis of survey data
  • Compensation data validation.
