Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end annual compensation planning process, including merit increases, bonuses, promotions, and pay adjustments. - Administer and maintain Oracle HCM Compensation worksheets with accuracy and alignment to guidelines. - Integrate performance review data, aligning employee ratings with corporate compensation matrices. - Develop, troubleshoot, and enhance Oracle HCM Fast Formulas for compensation calculations, eligibility, and budgeting. - Configure and support compensation plans, budgets, guidelines, and approval workflows within Oracle HCM. - Execute approved compensation changes and updates in Core HR. - Generate, validate, and distribute total compensation statements post-approval. - Monitor and forecast compensation budgets, reflecting ongoing promotions and transfers. - Maintain compensation reports, conduct audits, and ensure data validation and compliance. - Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Talent, Finance, and business leaders to resolve compensation issues and drive planning initiatives. - Analyze compensation data, providing recommendations for process and reporting improvements. - Support system enhancements, Oracle quarterly releases, and compensation-related projects. - Maintain advanced compensation spreadsheets for planning, budgeting, and analysis. Required Skills and Experience - Minimum 3 years' experience with Oracle HCM, including hands-on support of Compensation modules. - At least 2 years' experience working directly with HCM Compensation Modules and Fast Formulas. - Proven track record managing compensation planning cycles and compensation administration. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills. - Experience collaborating with HR, Compensation, Talent, and Finance stakeholders. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. - Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC. Preferred Skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience supporting Oracle HCM system enhancements, testing, and quarterly releases.
