The Compensation Analyst 3 is responsible for taking the lead development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs on a global scale. This role is also primarily responsible for the management of internal and external job evaluations based on market data.

DUTIES

  • Provides detailed analytical support for various compensation activities and programs
  • Conducts statistical analysis, data modeling, and costing of pay programs, (i.e., salary planning, merit increases, structure movements, salary range development, variable pay, and incentive programs)
  • Lead the merit cycle process
  • Participates in compensation surveys; on-going market pricing of positions in order to determine market competitiveness
  • Leads the job description/evaluation process and procedure by benchmarking new or changed job functions to the market
  • Participates in various compensation-related projects which involve revision, development, and/or re-design of existing compensation programs
  • These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
  • 8+ years' experience in Compensation
  • CCP certification is a plus
  • ADP Lyric experience
  • Full knowledge of industry practices and complete understanding of compensation principles, concepts, and practices including compliance with state and federal laws
  • Strong analytical & technical skills around survey data, ad-hoc reporting, compensation practices, policies and philosophies
  • Good oral and written communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Time management/prioritization
