Company Drivers Class A CDL- Part Time

We are looking for an experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our growing team. Dayshift work only and no weekends! Deliver and recover equipment at the customer site, which may include; but is not limited to: Load securement onto bed of truck, trailer, etc. Local or long distance hauling of equipment and supplies. Requirements and Qualifications:

• must have equipment hauling/moving experience min. 5 yrs.
• have a Class A license for at least 10 years.
• be able to drive manual transmission.
• Clean driving record for 10 years is required.
• Will be driving a road tractor and a rollback truck.
• Perform basic troubleshooting involving malfunctioning equipment at jobsite and make minor repairs.
• Learn and demonstrate Customer Service Standards for delivery service
• Accurately obtain required signatures on rental contracts,
• pick up and exchange forms.
• Demonstration of proper and safe equipment usage to customer at point of delivery.
• Complete inspection reports for out-going and returned equipment;
• completing log book and trip sheets meeting all D.O.T. and company record keeping requirements.

Washington Air Compressor Rental Co. is an 95 year old family owned business whose core business is renting and selling construction equipment. Washington Air Compressor is looking for a self-starter, highly motivated person who can work independently while maintaining the team environment in a competitive market. The successful applicant must have a desire to succeed, strong relationship building techniques and closing skills. Must be able to sell value, yourself and have consulting skills to overcome price objections. Be highly trainable and have a minimum of 10 years of experience. Computer skills are essential. Knowledge of construction equipment, durable goods, heavy machinery, building products or any other mechanical products is helpful but not required.

Hours of Operations:
Monday- Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00PM
