Companion Animal Veterinarian (DVM) – Voorheesville, NY

A veterinary practice is seeking a Veterinarian to join its team and provide high-quality care to companion animals. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on delivering excellent patient care and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical, surgical, and/or preventive care for companion animals

• Perform examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans

• Communicate clearly with clients regarding patient care and recommendations

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

• Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care

• Uphold high standards of patient safety and quality of care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution

• Active or eligible veterinary license

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
