As a Community Support Specialist, you will provide community-based mental health services to adult clients through assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, service coordination, and intervention implementation. Working alongside clients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners, you will help create and implement individualized plans that foster resilience, recovery, skill development, and long-term success.
