Community Support Professional - Community Living (Day Support Services)

The Community Support Professional develops and writes Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) to help individuals receiving Community Living supports build skills needed to help them function as independently as possible. Works with the team to ensure services are provided in a safe and healthy environment.

Minimum Salary: $39,488-$45,411 Depending on Experience

Education/Experience Required:

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a Bachelor''s Degree in special education, social work, psychology, or approved human services related field is preferred. Will consider a high school diploma with one year of experience.
• Registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a QMHP is preferred.

Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
