Position Overview The Community School Director is a key member of the School Leadership Team, serving as the primary liaison between the school and Replications, Inc. In partnership with the principal, the CSD fosters strong relationships among students, families, school staff, and community partners to ensure the successful implementation of the Community School strategy. The Community School Director reports directly to the Regional Program Manager. Working under the guidance of Replications, the CSD leads initiatives that improve student attendance, family engagement, mental health and wellness support, academic enrichment, and access to wraparound services. The CSD develops and manages strategic partnerships, coordinates enrichment opportunities, and oversees community outreach efforts that strengthen the connection between the school and the broader community. The Community School Director is responsible for developing and executing implementation action plans, identifying and addressing barriers to success, and monitoring progress toward performance goals outlined in the school's Comprehensive Education Plan.
