We're hiring Community Sales Managers (CSMs) in Training (CSMT) to join our sales team. All new hires begin as trainees with comprehensive training tailored to their experience, lasting from 2 weeks to a year.
As a CSMT, you'll participate in training on community details, sales techniques, finance tools, and CRM usage, shadow experienced managers, and develop skills in prospecting, presenting, handling objections, and building customer relationships.
Candidates should have an active real estate license (if required), strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
