Community Recruitment specialist

We're looking for Community Recruitment Specialists who know how to build relationships, engage local communities, and turn connections into participation. This is not a traditional HR recruiting role. You'll use a combination of digital outreach, social media, community partnerships, referrals, local events, and relationship-building to recruit participants for paid AI research studies.

Based in Seattle/Redmond, WA

·          Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for participant outreach, community engagement, and reporting.

·          Comfortable building relationships and engaging people from a wide range of backgrounds both online and in person.

·          Creative, resourceful, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently, manage your time, and consistently meet goals.

·          Experience in participant recruitment, community outreach, community organizing, canvassing, brand ambassador programs, events, sales, marketing, membership growth, or similar roles that required engaging people, building relationships, and driving participation.

·          Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel) and comfortable using social media platforms, messaging apps, and digital outreach tools. 

·          Able to travel within your assigned market and occasionally to other markets.
