Community Radiologist

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, ranked the No. 1 hospital in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and the No. 2 hospital in Texas by U.S. News and World Report, is seeking an energetic and collegial Radiologist.

Division faculty provide services at Parkland Memorial Hospital, Clements University Hospital, and their affiliated outpatient clinics. Faculty work with residents, fellows, and medical students in one of the largest radiology training programs in the U.S. Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience.

Division, Facilities & Equipment:

• Join a division of 19 faculty and 5 radiology assistants
• Practice across a network that includes:

o UTSW University Hospitals

o Parkland Health & Hospital System

o 6 ambulatory clinics across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

• Work with:

o Exceptional residents and fellows from one of the most competitive training programs in the region

o State-of-the-art imaging equipment across all sites

o Integrated PACS + EMR for seamless clinical workflow

o Standardized dictation templates for efficiency and decision support

o Radiologist-led quality assurance programs focused on patient safety, efficiency, and clinical excellence

o Advanced, enterprise-wide integration of AI-driven imaging informatics, including intelligent triage of critical findings, automated impression generation, and decision support tools to augment diagnostic accuracy and efficiency

• Flexible practice model: Blend your subspecialty training with general diagnostic radiology

The candidate must also meet the following requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) or foreign equivalent
• Fellowship trained
• Board certification/eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology with an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Texas
