About Relive Health
Relive Health is a wellness and aesthetics clinic with locations in Warren and Florham Park, NJ, and part of the national Relive Health network. We offer personalized, medically supervised care, including blood work, IV therapy, hormone and weight-loss programs, injectables, and facials. Our motto: concierge care, every client, every visit.
The Role
Our community is how we grow. We're looking for an outgoing, organized self-starter to own Relive's partnerships and community outreach across Morris and Somerset counties. You'll be our face at local businesses, gyms, schools and events. You'll build relationships that last, keep every lead moving, and report directly to the owner.
What You'll Do
Business & corporate partnerships
- Build Employee Wellness programs with local employers
- Grow our First Responder & military programs with local departments and groups
- Connect with TPAs and benefits brokers
Events & tabling
- Plan and staff gym tabling, lunch & learns, and on-site nurse days at partner businesses
- Coordinate hosted events like Botox parties and PTO moms' nights
- Run raffles and gift basket exchanges with partner businesses
Referral & cross-promo partners
- Build relationships with local PT/chiropractic offices, physicians, and community organizations
- Manage our cross-promo partner program with neighboring businesses
Influencer & creator relationships
- Recruit and support local micro-influencers and creators, and coordinate their visits and content
Pipeline & reporting
- Track every lead and partner in Notion/CRM
- Follow up consistently and keep the pipeline current
- Share regular updates and results with the owner
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, events, community outreach, or sales
- Outgoing and confident at events and with cold outreach (walk-ins, calls, emails)
- Highly organized, with strong follow-through
- Available for some evening and weekend events
- Reliable car for travel between Warren, Florham Park, and nearby Morris/Somerset towns
- A local North Jersey network is a big plus
Nice to Have
- Wellness, aesthetics, fitness, or healthcare sales experience
- Social media and content skills
- Event planning or CRM experience
