Firefly Children and Family Alliance is looking for a full-time Coordinator for our Community Partners for Child Safety program. This role will serve Connersville and the surrounding counties. The Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Community Partners for Child Safety Program (CPCS) by assisting the Senior Director with programming, data collection and reporting, event and meeting logistics, and community outreach. This role serves as a direct support function to the Senior Director, helping to manage administrative and coordination tasks so the Senior Director can focus on strategic priorities. The Coordinator also provides support to the Family Resource Centers as needed.
You Will:
Program Support
- Provide direct administrative and logistical support, managing tasks and follow-up items
- Coordinate scheduling, preparation, and follow-up for internal and external meetings
- Assist in the development and delivery of program services
- Coordinate referrals to internal and external services as necessary
- Help maintain program documentation, files, and records in an organized and compliant manner
- Attend internal & external meetings on behalf of the agency
Data Collection & Reporting
- Accurately complete data entry, collection, and analysis of program outcomes
- Compile and prepare reports to support funding requirements and grant compliance
- Support preparation of materials for routine reporting, audits, or program reviews
Community Engagement & Outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with program staff, community stakeholders, and referral sources
- Represent the program at community events, coalitions, and outreach activities to educate and promote program services
- Motivate and collaborate with community entities to support program initiatives
- Assist with marketing and promotional materials for the program
- Coordinate logistics for program events, training, and community meetings, including setup and breakdown
- Order and organize supplies, materials, and equipment needed for events
Family Resource Center Support
- Provide coordination support to Family Resource Centers
- Help connect Family Resource Center activities with broader program initiatives
- Assist in troubleshooting day-to-day operational needs at the Centers as requested
You Have:
- Bachelor’sDegreeorcommensurateexperience.
- ProficientinMicrosoftOfficesuite(Word,Excel,andOutlook);abletoacquire knowledge and mastery of internal proprietary database and systems.
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
- Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementskills,includingabilitytomulti-task.
- Abilitytocompleteassignmentswithhighlevelofaccuracy andunderstandday-to-day detail as well as broader strategic initiatives.
- Abilitytoworkwithateamwhenapplicable.
- Validdriver’slicensewithvalidinsurance.
- Mustbeatleast21yearsof age
