Community Outreach Representative – Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Community Outreach Representative to represent a growing healthcare practice throughout the Tulsa area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, attending community events, educating others, and building relationships. You'll serve as the face of the practice at health screenings, workshops, and community events while connecting individuals with healthcare services that can improve their quality of life.

This is an excellent opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or an experienced professional with a background in sales, customer service, marketing, healthcare, or community outreach.

Community Outreach Representative – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Represent the practice at community events, health fairs, workshops, and health screenings
• Engage with community members and educate them about available healthcare services
• Build relationships with local businesses, churches, organizations, and community groups
• Capture leads and collect contact information
• Schedule consultations and appointments
• Promote upcoming workshops and community events
• Assist with event setup, registration tables, raffles, and promotional materials
• Complete follow-up calls, text messages, and emails with prospective patients
• Encourage patient reviews and referrals
• Maintain accurate records of leads and outreach activities
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions
• Deliver a professional, friendly, and welcoming experience at every event

Community Outreach Representative – Additional Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, community outreach, public relations, hospitality, or healthcare is preferred
• Experience representing a healthcare organization, pharmaceutical company, medical device company, or wellness organization is a plus
• Comfortable speaking one-on-one and with small groups
• Strong computer and smartphone skills
• Goal-oriented and motivated by incentives and performance bonuses
• Professional demeanor with excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on community events
• Ideal for a college student, recent graduate, or someone looking to grow a career in healthcare marketing or outside sales
