Job Description
Salary: $52,337 annual ($4,361.42 per month)
Benefits: This is a full-time state position that provides a percentage of matching contributions to employees' retirement plans, 11 holidays, and a proration of 15 days of annual and sick leave per year. The state also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a benefit allowance to offset the cost of insurance premiums for employees and their eligible dependents.
Basic Purpose: Sooner Job Challenge is searching for a talented and professional Community Outreach Coordinator to maintain all community outreach and public relations activities. This position will also plan and coordinate field trips/service to community events for the student associates based on their chosen vocations. In addition, this position represents the program and works with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increase program visibility within the surrounding community and around the state.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations or related field and one year of experience in community outreach, public relations, marketing or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
