    Responsibilities

    1. Acquisition: Build an acquisition mix across product entries, CRM outreach, offline events, and direct invites; design join hooks and a starter pack; and manage join rate and CAC by channel.
    2. Engagement: Design and run a weekly content rhythm (industry news, live-streaming tips, case breakdowns, AMA / office hours, benefit days, showcases) and interaction mechanics (polls, check-ins, challenges, leaderboards, success-story sharing) that turn passive members into active, mutually supportive participants, with hands-on moderation.
    3. Conversion: Convert engagement into real business actions (going live, adopting live / lead-capture tools, optimizing the live room) through a tiered "complete tasks to unlock benefits" growth and incentive system.
    4. Webinars & education: Run tiered, invite-only webinars and a progressive education track that turns learning into a goal-oriented, resource-unlocking path.
    5. Offline events: Organize meetups, regional networking, best-practice tours, and closed-door roundtables, so top merchants help the long tail grow, then bring that trust and those cases back into the online community.
    6. Data & attribution: Build a funnel-based metric system (join, activity, first live, tool adoption, first lead through tiered lead growth) and use treatment-vs-control comparisons to prove the community's incremental contribution.
    7. Advocacy: Stand up contributor roles (mentors, ambassadors, community champions), capture success stories and repeatable playbooks, and shift the community to a self-sustaining model.
    8. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with product, data, and other teams to integrate product capabilities, campaigns, education, and support resources into one merchant journey. Minimun Qualification(s):
