Community & Operations Manager

A hands-on leadership and operations role at the center of Miami's regenerative, wellness and innovation ecosystem. Based full-time at the FoC Climate & Innovation HUB in Little Haiti, this person owns how the campus runs and how it feels to everyone who walks in — offices, co-working, event space, podcast studio, padel court, spa and gym — while working directly with Tony Cho and the executive team.

It's not an assistant role, and it's not a strategy seat: it's the operational and hospitality backbone of a space becoming the front door to Future of Cities, Cho Ventures and ChoZen. The role owns daily hub operations, tenant and member relationships, end-to-end event production, executive support, and a business-development pipeline — tracking leads, following up within 24 hours, and turning a well-run space into a leasing and membership engine.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is charismatic, proactive and unflappable, with 3+ years in hospitality, community management, events or executive support, fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and based in Miami for an in-person role, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for evening and weekend events.
