Position Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for personal production and helping team to meet and exceed budgeted tour flow and APG

  • Motivate and assist with training the CMP team

  • Help resolve guest issues, complaints

  • Assist Supervisor and Manager with reports and site updates

  • Resort tour reception and sales/marketing liaison

  • Assist with recruiting future CMA talent

  • Assist Supervisor and Manager with training - new hire and on-going.

  • Comply with Human Resource and company policies.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Wyndham CMP Timeshare experience required

  • 2+ years CMP lead experience preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, previous supervisory experience.

  • History of reliability, dependability and effective follow through.

  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

  • Use of personal vehicle, valid driver's license and insurance required.

  • Must be able to work flexible schedule.

  • Must be proficient at Excel, Word and Outlook (Microsoft Office)

  • College degree preferred, High School/GED required
