One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning – Tri‑ValleySan Ramon / Danville, CA • 20–25 hrs/week • $32/hr. This is Part-time position. We’re looking for an energetic, creative Community Marketing & Events Coordinator to help make One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning a familiar, trusted brand across the Tri‑Valley. If you love connecting with people, creating content, and being active in the community, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
What You’ll Do
- Identify, coordinate, and attend local fairs, festivals, school events, sports events, and community gatherings
- Plan event activations, giveaways, sponsorships, and neighborhood marketing campaigns
- Create short‑form video and social content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
- Capture content at events, jobsites, and with our technicians and team
- Maintain a local content and event calendar
- Track engagement, leads, and results from community marketing activities
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing personality and confidence engaging with new people
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating social media content
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and short‑form video trends
- Creative, organized, and able to work independently
- Willing to work occasional evenings/weekends for community events
- Experience in events, social media, field marketing, hospitality, promotions, or community engagement is preferred
- No HVAC experience required
Schedule & Compensation
- Part‑time: 20–25 hours per week
- Flexible schedule based on events and campaigns
- $32/hour, based on experience
- Performance incentives available
- Approved business mileage and expenses reimbursed
