The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Community Manager for a well maintained, sub-100 unit property! The position reports directly to the Senior Portfolio Manager and is responsible for the community's overall financial profitability and value. Responsibilities include resident screening, inspecting units, overseeing expenditures and income collections, maintaining vendor/maintenance efficiency and cost control, marketing, training staff members, appropriately resolving resident conflicts and effectively running daily operations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Multi-Family Property Management experience either as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
