Community Manager

The Community Manager will be responsible for managing Property Managers and Resident Care Coordinators at assigned properties and ensuring efficient operation/reporting of those properties under the direction of the Director of Property Management. ResponsibilitiesManages and supervises the property management staff, Property Managers, Occupational Specialists, Resident Care Coordinator and the administration and general operations of assigned properties.

Required Experience:

• High school degree or equivalent, Bachelors Degree, preferred
• Possess at least one of the following certifications: Certified Occupancy Specialist, Certified Property Manager, Certified Professional of Occupancy, or Certified Apartment Manager
• Four (4) or more years of experience in a property supervisory management experience.
• Experience in affordable housing
• Proficient knowledge of YARDI software
