Brookside Properties is hiring an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at The Harrison in Louisville, KY. If you have a successful background managing apartment communities, leading onsite teams, improving occupancy, and delivering exceptional resident service, we'd love to meet you.
As the Property Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community while leading your team to achieve occupancy, financial, and resident satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities include:
Manage all daily operations of the apartment community
Lead, coach, and develop leasing and maintenance team members
Increase occupancy through leasing, renewals, and resident retention
Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance
Review financial reports and improve property NOI
Monitor delinquency and oversee collections
Ensure Fair Housing and company policy compliance
Deliver outstanding customer service and resident experiences
Track KPIs and implement strategies to achieve community goals
Partner with Regional Management to maximize property performance
Qualifications
2+ years of multifamily Property Manager experience required
Apartment industry experience required
Bilingual (preferred)
Experience leading onsite apartment teams
Strong knowledge of leasing, resident retention, budgeting, and financial reporting
Understanding of Fair Housing regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office
