What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop the leasing and maintenance teams
Deliver outstanding service to both English- and Spanish-speaking residents
Drive occupancy, resident retention, and financial performance
Oversee rent collections and delinquency management
Manage budgets and control operating expenses
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
Maintain accurate reports and property records

What We're Looking For
Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
2+ years of multifamily Community Manager experience (Required)
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Experience with budgeting, collections, and property operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience with Entrata is a plus
