What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of a multifamily apartment community
• Lead and develop leasing and maintenance teams
• Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident satisfaction
• Manage budgets, collections, and NOI
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and operational excellence
• Partner with leadership to hit financial and performance goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of multifamily experience
• Previous Community/Property Manager experience required
• Strong leadership and financial management skills
• Renovation or lease-up experience is a plus
