Job Overview:
As a Community Association Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight on behalf of the Board of Directors and FirstService Residential. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the community''s operations, ensuring alignment with the Board''s goals, vision, and long-term objectives. The Community Association Manager serves as the primary point of contact for residents, Board members, vendors, and staff, fostering strong communication, collaboration, and service excellence.
This position oversees the day-to-day management of the association, including financial performance, legal and regulatory compliance, staff supervision, vendor management, resident relations, and overall community operations. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced community management professional with a proven track record in condominium high-rise operations. Candidates should possess 10+ years of high-rise condominium management experience, with union labor experience strongly preferred. A CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation is preferred. Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, strong board relationship management, financial acumen, and the ability to deliver outstanding service in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
$105,000 - 130,000 / annually
