    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Manage all aspects of daily property operations

    • Market and lease available units in full compliance with fair housing laws

    • Maintain occupancy by managing waitlists, pre-leasing, and resident retention

    • Oversee maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors

    • Handle resident concerns with empathy and efficiency

    • Collect rent and fees, manage financial records using OneSite software

    • Prepare vacant units for rental, ensuring quality and timeliness

    • Maintain accurate and organized unit files and resident communications

    • Analyze operations and provide strategic recommendations to Regional Director

    • Monitor expenses, manage property budgets, and enforce community policies

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • 2+ years of multi-family property management experience

    • 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role

    • Proven leasing and renewal success

    • LIHTC experience (preferred but not required)

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OneSite (preferred)

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

    • A customer-first mindset with a firm yet empathetic approach

    • Ability to work well with diverse individuals and teams

    Schedule:

    This is a full-time, on-site position. Flexibility and availability are key in maintaining a successful community.
