As our company continues to grow, we're looking for motivated professionals to help us build strong, welcoming communities.Learn more about us at: www.crmrentalmgmt.comWhy Join Our Team?We offer a competitive benefits package designed to support you:11 paid holidays (including 1 floating holiday & the day after Thanksgiving) Excellent health insurance with employer contribution. 401(k) with match up to 5% Competitive salary Annual performance reviews with bonus potential PTO accruing from your first day Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Community Manager, your primary goal is to create a welcoming environment for residents while ensuring smooth property operations.Ensure compliance with HUD, DHCR, HFA, Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and all applicable laws Process move-ins, move-outs, and security deposits using property management software Maintain resident files, verifications, lease renewals, and collections Coordinate and conduct lease renewals, interim and annual recertifications Promote the property and build a strong sense of community among residents Qualifications1-3 years of experience in Affordable Housing (HUD/LIHTC/RD required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software Strong leasing, bookkeeping, and administrative skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills CRM Rental Management, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Must be able to pass a 5-year background check.
