Team details & who they will work with: NSW Flagship, Managing social media landscape with consumers, keeping up with football in daily social settings

Desired Candidate Profile for Role #1

Minimum required years of experience: 3+ YOE in Social Media Management experience, copy writing, and is a Global football expert

Education requirements: bachelors or equivalent experience

Top must-have skills include the following:

Passionate about global football, they have to know ball, the fans will eat them alive if they do not know global football culture

Strong creative copy writing skills

Managing comments on social media posts, working closely with community managers

Nice to have skills:

Sharp eyes for content

Portfolio: examples and visualization of work

Proactive and creative thinker

Software/technical requirements:

Desired Candidate Profile for Role #2

Minimum required years of experience: 3+ YOE in community management on Social Management

Ideal backgrounds: competitor brands, fashion brands, sports brands, music brands, film marketing companies, the arts.

Must have skills:

Strong copy writer, a very online adept person, adding the brand s voice to niche spaces and cultural centers, experience with flagship deals

A guardian of the brand, experience representing brands, keeping branding and tone consistent

Has expert knowledge of Sneaker culture or Sub cultures, Client impacted culture

Also open to candidates with cultural knowledge of Music, gaming, fashion, art, design, etc

Holistic passion for sports, sportswear, fashion, Sneaker head

Nice to have skills:

Sharp eyes for content for Instarageam, TikTok, youtube, and X (twitter)

Comfortable with stakeholder management, managing up, getting things through approval process, building trust

Portfolio: examples and visualization of work

We re looking for a Community Manager for Client Flagship and Client Sportswear. This role sits at the intersection of culture, conversation, and craft within sport and sportswear culture. The Community Management Specialist is responsible for actively seeking out, participating in, and shaping conversations across @Client and @Clientsportswear workstreams; you will be our voice across the biggest moments in sport, seasonal campaigns, and any on-going community engagement opportunities. All we ask is that you are authentic, timely, and athlete-led in how you show up and, for NSW in particular, a font of knowledge when it comes to counter-culture and streetwear. The ideal candidate is passionate about sport (all sport!) and sportswear, sneaker culture and emerging trends in fashion. You should have great writing skills, a good sense of humour, and genuinely love seeking out the next meaningful conversation online. We re looking for someone who has a finger on the pulse of sport, culture, and youth and who will bring ideas for how Client can connect and deliver consumer value.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

If this is you, you ll work within the Global Digital Marketing team and perform a critical supporting role to our daily offense, helping to deliver disruptive ideas to ignite the brand as well as orchestrating digital experiences to drive growth across footwear and apparel.

You will work closely with and in support of the Global Digital Marketing Leads & Experts on larger scale marketing plans. You will attend and contribute to meetings with cross-functional and geo partners to represent the digital conversation in the development and execution of our marketing plans.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:

As a matrixed organization, you will also work closely and collaboratively Global Brand Management, Integrated Media, Social, Comms, Sports Marketing, and Creative, in Global as well as with Geography partners in North America, APLA, Greater China and EMEA. As needed, you will work with agencies to bring work to life.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

You will bring a desire to be part of a fast-paced, high energy, skilled team of digital marketers who have a passion for sport and crafting meaningful connections between consumers and the Client brand. You have a strong understanding of digital marketing/storytelling and sport culture.

Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training

2-3+ years of social and community management experience

Expertise and knowledge of youth culture, athlete mindset, and a genuine excitement and passion for Global Football

Ideally with experience of key tools such as Airtable, Keynote & Figma.

Great interpersonal skills, teamwork mentality and ability to work well with many different partners across brand, creative, paid media, retail, social & comms

Effective communicator, both written and verbally

An agile mentality and ability to work in a high pace, evolving environment

Fluent in the language, rituals, and motivations of different football communities and know how to enter conversation in ways that add value, spark thought, and invite participation

Strong social listening instincts with the ability to find the right conversation, not just respond to mentions

Confident writer with a natural, human voice

Ability to engage thoughtfully in conversations that are provocative, motivational, or insight-led, without feeling brand forward

Sharp eye for athlete and community content

Strong analytical and synthesis skills - able to spot patterns, themes, and cultural signals across conversation

Comfortable working independently in fast moving social environment while collaborating X-functionally

Clear understanding of social platform, engagement mechanics, reposting best practices, and community norms
