What You will Do
As a Community Life Coordinator, you'll create meaningful, person-centered experiences that enrich the daily lives of residents living with memory loss. You'll plan and lead engaging programs, activities, and outings that support cognitive, emotional, physical, and social well-being while fostering a calm, welcoming, and supportive environment.
You'll build meaningful connections with residents, tailoring activities to their interests, abilities, and life experiences. Working closely with caregivers, nursing staff, families, and other team members, you'll help ensure programming promotes dignity, purpose, comfort, and engagement.
Responsibilities include coordinating activity calendars, preparing program materials and spaces, supporting community outings, maintaining required documentation, and helping create positive daily experiences that enhance quality of life for residents and their families.
What You Will Earn
Pay Range: $21.05-$31.60 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule: SundaythroughThursday,8:30 a.m.to 5:00 p.m.,withoccasionalevening, holidayandweekendavailabilitytosupportresidentevents,outings,andspecialprograms.
