Provider Relations Specialist - Community Services Eddy VNRA (Part-Time Days)
Are you passionate about helping older adults maintain their independence while making a meaningful impact in your community? St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Provider Relations Specialist to champion the growth of the Trinity Health Alert Program (Eddy Health Alert).
In this rewarding part-time role, you will serve as a community ambassador, building relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, referral sources, and local organizations to increase awareness of a program that provides safety, security, and peace of mind to individuals and families. Your efforts will directly support the growth and success of a trusted service that helps people live independently and confidently in their own homes.

Pay Range: $27.50 - 36.85 per hour
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
