    Community Liaison

    Location: Edison, NJ
    Territory: Middlesex County
    Employment Type: Full-Time
    Salary: $80,000–$98,000 + Uncapped Commission
    Sign-On Bonus: $7,500

    About This Role

    We're looking for a compassionate, self-driven professional to join our team as a Community Liaison. In this position, you'll be the face of our organization, championing our mission and promoting specialized end-of-life care services throughout the community. You'll build meaningful, trust-based relationships with healthcare partners, physicians, and referral sources—helping families access the compassionate care they deserve.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Establish and nurture relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, and healthcare professionals
    • Conduct regular, intentional outreach and relationship-building visits across the service area
    • Serve as an advocate for our services, explaining our philosophy and approach to prospective referral sources
    • Lead initial conversations with patients and families about our care services, facilitating informed decisions with empathy
    • Drive referral growth and census expansion by positioning our organization as the provider of choice
    • Maintain strong working relationships with key staff and community agencies to ensure understanding of our services

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
    • Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience in healthcare
    • Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders
    • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in hospice or palliative care marketing
    • Prior clinical background
    • Track record of exceeding sales or growth targets

    What We Offer

    Compensation:

    • Competitive base salary ($80,000–$98,000)
    • Uncapped commission structure
    • $7,500 sign-on bonus
