    Community Liaison

    Location: Bergen County Area 
    Salary: $80,000–$98,000 + Uncapped Commission
    Sign-On Bonus: $7,500

    About the Opportunity

    We're seeking a dynamic, compassionate Community Liaison to drive growth and build meaningful partnerships across our service region. In this key role, you'll be the face of our organization, establishing trust-based relationships with physicians, healthcare partners, and referral sources while helping families access quality end-of-life care services.

    This position combines relationship-building, outreach, and advocacy. You'll work directly with hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and social workers—conducting regular visits, educating the community about our services, and facilitating conversations with patients and families during critical moments.

    What You'll Do

    • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the medical community
    • Conduct consistent outreach to drive awareness and preference for our services
    • Generate referrals through targeted engagement with healthcare professionals and community agencies
    • Guide patients and families through care options with empathy and clarity
    • Support census growth and revenue targets through strategic relationship management
    • Serve as a knowledgeable advocate for our mission and specialized services

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent healthcare/sales experience)
    • Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience
    • Strong ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
    • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
    • Hospice or palliative care experience preferred
    • Clinical background is a plus
