The Community Health Coordinator role in Greenville, NC supports grant-funded community health initiatives by maintaining internal tracking systems, managing and analyzing program data in Excel, and ensuring accurate reporting and spend-down across multiple projects. The position collaborates closely with the Community Impact Director and grants administration to support administrative functions, including purchasing program supplies (e.g., blood pressure cuffs) and refining data management processes for efficiency and accuracy.
It also plays a key external-facing role by engaging community partners, distributing forms, and following up to ensure timely and complete data submission. In addition, this position helps coordinate and build a developing network of volunteers and ambassadors to strengthen community outreach efforts. This is a part-time hybrid position expected to work 25 hours per week, with some travel required to connect with community partners.
This position is grant-funded and currently scheduled to end on June 30, 2029.

The pay rate is fixed at $28.00/hourly per the terms of the grant funding the position. American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.
