The City of Bloomington is seeking an individual to assist with the day-to-day operations, program implementation and staff supervision within the Community Health and Wellness Center. The primary responsibilities will be managing the sales and administration of facility memberships, supporting the CHWC Manager in the evaluation of performance metrics, facility scheduling and maintenance, budget management and community outreach. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for collaborating on promotion and marketing efforts, and supervision of full-time, front-line staff. The role also involves cultivating collaborative partnerships with community stakeholders and maintaining meaningful relationships with the community members to expand the reach and impact of the Community Health and Wellness Center's programs and services. A commitment to equity, sustainability, and continuous improvement is essential to ensure the Center's offerings remain inclusive, innovative, and responsive to the evolving needs of all Bloomington residents.
