Competitive total compensation includes $40,000 pay, plus Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 403(b); Life Insurance; and a Flexible Spending Account. You’ll also receive Paid Time Off, Employee Discounts, a Flexible Work Schedule, and work-from-home flexibility to support sustained performance.
Your week may start by checking CRM dashboards and recent outreach activity, then setting priorities for the schools, neighborhoods, and partner networks most likely to move membership goals. From there, you shift quickly between focused work-from-home planning and in-person relationship building—confirming meeting agendas, tailoring talking points, and coordinating materials for upcoming recruitment moments. Midweek is often field-facing: brief presentations, partner check-ins, and conversations that mirror a Sales Manager rhythm—qualify interest, address concerns, and secure clear next steps. Evenings are reserved for high-attendance touchpoints, with a Customer Service mindset that keeps families and volunteers informed and supported. You close the week by logging results, assessing conversion, and refining messaging so each Mission Driven outreach cycle performs better than the last.
