Key Responsibilities
\u25cf Facilitate work assessments or job trials to evaluate a job seeker's interests and abilities.
\u25cf Provide job shadowing opportunities for job seekers to explore employment options.
\u25cf Help people discover job opportunities.
\u25cf Assist with application and onboarding process
\u25cf Provide job coaching and support.
\u25cf Promote sustainable competitive-integrated employment by building and maintaining strong relationships with employers and business partners.
\u25cf Promote the inclusion of Achieva's employment supports and services.
\u25cf Achieves the necessary utilization and billable hours on a monthly basis
\u25cf Maintains accurate documentation
\u25cf Participates in professional development and obtain required certification(s)
