As a Community Employment & Outreach Specialist, you'll empower individuals to discover their strengths, explore career opportunities, build community connections, and achieve meaningful employment goals.

What You'll Do

• Develop employment, volunteer, and community opportunities.
• Build relationships with local employers and community partners.
• Provide job coaching, onboarding, and workplace support.
• Promote independence, self-advocacy, and community inclusion.
• Support individuals in achieving their personal and professional goals.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for helping others succeed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and creatively solve problems.
• Experience in human services, workforce development, education, rehabilitation, or related fields preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
