Community Director - Farmer's Branch

Churchill Residential is looking for a Community Director for Evergreen at Farmer's Branch a 90-unit Senior Living Community.  This position is responsible to oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of a tax credit residential property by providing outrageous customer service each day. This position is responsible for the property's finances, budgets, accounting systems and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to LIHTC. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.  At least, 2 years experience in a property management position.  CAM certification preferred.   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.  Valid Texas Drivers license required and company required insurance needed.
