    Role Overview
    We are seeking an experienced Community Director to lead operations at a multifamily community in Aurora, Colorado. This role is responsible for overall property performance, team leadership, resident satisfaction, and financial results. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations. 
    • Lead, train, and hold the on-site team accountable to AAM standards. 
    • Manage budgets, expenses, rent collections, and delinquencies. 
    • Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention. 
    • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, local/state laws, and AAM policies. 
    • Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal and asset integrity. 

    Required Qualifications 

    • 3+ years of multifamily property management experience (Community Director/Property Manager preferred). 
    • Strong leadership, financial, and customer service skills
    • Strong leasing experience. 
    • Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, etc.). 
    • Knowledge of Fair Housing and New Mexico landlord-tenant laws. 
    • CAM, ARM, or CPM designation a plus.
