Oldfield Club, located in Okatie, SC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Community Compliance Officer! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Position Summary
The Community Compliance Officer is responsible for monitoring the community to promote compliance with the Oldfield Community Associations (OCA) Governing Documents, Restrictions, Rules, and Board-adopted policies. This position serves as a visible presence throughout the community by observing, documenting, and reporting compliance issues in a professional, courteous, and impartial manner. The Community Compliance Officer position is separate from the contracted Security Department (Securitas). Duties performed in this role are solely on behalf of Oldfield Management and the Oldfield Community Association.
