We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Program Director to oversee and develop, implement, and oversee programs that promote a positive image of the organization and foster strong community relations. The program director’s goal is to ensure every program is completed successfully to add the highest possible value to the organization and program participants.

Salary Range $45K - 48K

*1st shift but with some flexibility

*Must have a drivers license




Responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of a community center. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Program Director to oversee and develop, implement, and oversee programs that promote a positive image of the organization and foster strong community relations. Candidate needs to exhibit strategic thinking with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of community engagement and development. This role requires a combination of strong organizational skills, experience in community relations, and a genuine passion for enhancing community life. The program director’s goal is to ensure every program is completed successfully to add the highest possible value to the organization and program participants.
