LifeWorks NW is hiring for a part-time benefited Community Case Manager for our Enhanced Adult Mental Health Services program.
Enhanced Adult Mental Health Services (EAMHS) provides services to individuals with an SPMI diagnosis in an outpatient setting and in the community as needed. We work from a team based model to support our clients with a variety of services to help build skills for stability and independence.
