Position Requirements
- Turning, repositioning and transferring clients from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bed
- Medication reminders
- Monitor client’s conditions and providing updates to healthcare team
- Assist with supervision and maintaining client safety
- Incontinence care
- Toileting assistance
- Ambulation assistance
- Assist with Dressing
- Possess the physical abilities, including lifting, to satisfactorily perform all direct and indirect patient care functions
