Mauch Chunk Trust Company is seeking a motivated, results-driven Community Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and sales experience, a passion for building customer relationships, and a commitment to community involvement.
Branch Leadership & Operations: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, regulatory compliance, and achievement of established performance goals.
Business Development: Drive deposit and revenue growth through proactive sales initiatives, customer outreach, and collaboration with Business Bankers and internal partners.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, identify financial needs, and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor branch employees, establish performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and support professional development.
Community Engagement: Represent MCT through active involvement in at least two community organizations, building relationships that support business development and community partnerships.
Advisory Board Participation: Serve as the primary liaison to the Community Advisory Board, coordinating meetings and sharing relevant business updates.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to bank policies, customer service standards, and applicable banking regulations, including BSA/AML and OFAC requirements.
1–4 years of demonstrated banking experience in sales, leadership, and supervision.
Strong knowledge of retail banking products, services, operations, and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to develop customer relationships, generate business opportunities, and achieve sales goals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience coaching employees, managing performance, and developing high-performing teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Completion of PBA Banking School strongly preferred.
Knowledge of consumer lending and credit processes preferred.
