Join Our Team as a Community Beautification Trainee
Do you enjoy working outdoors and making a visible impact in the community? We're looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as a Community Beautification Trainee!
This hands-on role is a great opportunity to gain experience in landscaping, horticulture, and grounds maintenance while working alongside experienced crew leaders and technicians.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities may include:
Candidates with a CDL or CDL permit may also assist with driving trucks and trailers.

Minimum Training & Experience
Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent recognized certificate and the ability to follow either oral or written instructions.
Salary Range
$13.9273 to $37.7926/hourly. Hiring rate generally will not exceed $19.8685/hour.
Drivers License Requirements
For positions designated by the department director, individual must possess a valid Class E State driver's license at the time of appointment.
